Double Fatal in East Coventry





Members of the Chester County Serious Accident Reconstruction Team on the scene of a two-vehicle accident that killed two people late Monday night. The accident occurred on Rt. 724 between Fricks Lock and Sanatoga Roads in East Coventry, in front of the Calvary Baptist Church. Numerous other injured were transported both by ground ems units and medical helicopters, which were called to the scene. The Chester County Coroner’s Office, as well as Ridge Fire Company, Norco Fire Company, Ridge Fire Police, Norco Fire Police, and East Coventry Township Police were all on scene. The roadway was shut down for an extended period of time while the crash was investigated and the scene cleaned up. The Honda Pilot overturned after going up an embankment, before returning to the roadway and striking the Nissan Altima.
