West End Ambulance of Phoenixville's, East Vincent Substation was destroyed by fire late Monday night as well as the ambulance inside. The station is located on Schuylkill Road near Bridge Street. A police officer at the WAWA across the street from the substation reported the fire to Chester County fire radio after seeing the flames and hearing an explosion.
