Philadelphia Police are mourning the loss of yet another Philadelphia Police Officer this morning. Police Sgt. Timothy Simpson, a 46 year old 20 year veteran from the 24th Police District was involved in a fatal car crash in his cruiser at Allegheny and Aramingo Aves. in the Port Richmond section of the city late Monday night.
