Philadelphia Police 24th District Seargent Stephen Liczbinski was shot and killed by bank robbery suspects in the 2600 block of East Schiller Street in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia. The Bank of America branch located in the ShopRite grocery store on Aramingo Ave. in Northeast Philadelphia was robbed, a few minutes later the officer was shot and killed with an automatic rifle, a few minutes after that one of the suspects was shot dead by police on East Loudon Street. One other person was arrested in connection with the homicide. One other person is still at large, see wanted poster !!!!
