Recent Photos

I haven't been keeping up on my blog again lately, but here is some of the photos that I made over the past couple of weeks.

Sunday afternoon, a US Airway's commuter jet had to make a crash landing at Philadelphia International Airport. The jet which only had three people on board was unable to lower the left rear landing gear. The plane made an approach to the airport, and skidded down the runway, leaving sparks along the way. 2-alarms worth of Philadelphia Fire Department personnel and vehicles responded to the airport as a precaution on an Alert-2. No one was hurt, the plane was foamed down by crash crews as a precaution.

A man in his 20's suffered a gunshot wound to the thigh in the 300 block of Valley Road in Coatesville City Friday night. The gunman was still on the loose as far as I know.

The West Chester Borough annual Christmast Parade and Tree Lighting.

A man was struck and killed by this vehicle as he tried to cross Rt. 41 in London Grove Township.

Linda Brown, a German Shepherd breeder in East Coventry Township got a visit from Vice President elect Joseph Biden on Saturday. Members of the news media were not invited to see Biden with his new puppy. I was however able to photograph the still unnamed 3 month old puppy with Brown.
